Project info

  • Construction: 2009
  • Location: Rayol-Canadel
  • Architect: Jean-François Groussard

This prestigious home is set between sea and sky among the hills above Rayol-Canadel. It is ideally located to provide glorious views, whether it be from the ground floor or the bay windows of the next level or the long balcony that resembles a ship’s footbridge. This 300m2 contemporary home required a reinforced concrete structure. The understated architecture belies the villa’s elegant touches such as the majestic staircase that leads from the evening rooms to the large living room or the broad “art gallery” hallway with sliding doors to separate the spaces and special lighting to highlight the owner’s collection… This type of attention to detail is PIERsoBAT’s strength and allows the company to fulfil the most demanding technical challenges.
