Working in a protected environmental zone means special construction rules and regulations to respect. Piersanti Construction specializes in buildings that are in harmony with the landscape and respect the most rigorous environmental regulations. With the Villa Provençale, the challenge was to restructure the existing house and add an extension between the rocks and the trees to overlook the sea. This project required substantial foundational work as well as special attention to the arched façades and the walls made from Bormes stone. With details such as Genoise eaves and traditional clay tile roofing, this 300m2 villa combines a traditional Provençal aesthetic with all the modern comforts.
